wonderful stay!
clean roomcomfortable bedample parkingmissing batteries
the standard room was very clean on arrival! it had ample space. the bed was super comfy and i slept really well. the parking had plenty of spaces, and i never had trouble finding one near the entrance. i enjoyed a lot!
The in-room television remote was missing batteries. I needed to ask reception for replacements.

The breakfast service was solid with a chef named molly doing an excellent job, and the selection had great variety. I think everyone can find something yummy. i saw fresh local ingredients being used in the meals prepared.

I saw the gym and noticed it had a variety of equipment for a complete workout. I liked that. the spa area had a good sauna and a turkish bath to use. Everything was very calm and relaxing.

the breakfast had a good selection. it included classic english breakfast and fruits.
bar stock was poor! and short staffed at busy times. i was served a drink in a dirty glass and bottles of alcohol were out of date. the function room noise could be heard in the rooms until 1am.

The leisure club and gym access was a real plus. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The selection was quite comprehensive. The hotel restaurant was beautifully decorated. Staff members were consistently friendly and eager to assist.
Instructions to the cottage rooms upon check-in were somewhat unclear. Better directions would be beneficial.

i went to a wedding. the staff were very helpful. the food at the restaurant was excellent. the toilets were clean. i found the hotel has a nice atmosphere, a really good place to visit. i had plenty of parking space too.

the food at dinner was amazing i had a stacked burger it came with fries and sauce a tesco is a short drive from the hotel for extra necessities the cottage bathroom had a great shower

The gym featured up-to-date equipment. I found the 24-hour bar very convenient. The internal decor was indeed lovely. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel.
The lift was out of service , slightly inconvenient as my room was on the first floor which meant a few flights of stairs.

My room included tea and coffee making facilities alongside fresh towels. The room was warm and comfortable. I found that it was a decent size for my needs.

The hotel is located near a big lake, offering a beautiful view. The main hotel entrance is marvelous. The site offers plenty of parking arriving by car.
